  • •Create the right learning environment by understanding learner needs, building rapport, and using appropriate delivery options and media.

  • •Assist with needs analysis, design, and development of learning solutions and performance recommendations.
  • •Coordinate session logistics, manage rosters and training rooms/technology, and improve programs using feedback and survey data.
