Job Summary

Support preventive and corrective maintenance by retrieving urgent spare parts from CMMS and warehousing systems, maintaining line-side spares cabinets, and ensuring accurate work order data entry on each shift. Help deliver CMMS and KPI data needed to drive shift performance, monitor part movement through internal/external OSP processes, and maintain PM records and spares area organization to improve future maintenance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Retrieve urgent spare parts from CMMS and warehousing systems and support part movement through internal/external OSP processes.
•Input and ensure accurate work order data in CMMS on a shiftly basis to support reporting accuracy.
•Maintain line-side spares cabinets on a shiftly basis to improve machine availability through part readiness.
•Maintain PM records and other pertinent data to support future maintenance improvements.
•Help maintain maintenance and staging areas (shop, SIHI, valve rebuild, and spare parts staging) and follow safety/housekeeping standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent with basic PC knowledge and skills.
•Associate degree preferred but not required.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software (preferred but not required).
•Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong communication and organizational skills.
