Job Summary

Lead end-to-end development and management of Mashreq's digital banking products within the MBP Retail Banking Group. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization, and phasing out of digital banking products, services, channels, and processes within one or more segments to optimize the customer experience.
•Collaborate within Mashreq’s Digital Studio in a squad, working with product owners and other experts to define Stories and prioritize the Team Backlog while maintaining integrity of features across the team.
•Propose and implement structural improvements to work processes and customer journeys, and address urgent incidents and enhancement needs.
•Translate strategy into practical policy for product, process, and channel policy in line with brand and customer objectives; ensure backlog reflects strategy, customer interests, and feasibility.
•Monitor market and competition developments, assess margins and market shares, and drive backlog prioritization to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-4 years of banking experience or demonstrated understanding of the banking industry
•Minimum 3 years of experience gathering requirements and translating into user requirements, data engineering, data science, or software engineering experience
•Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred
•Experience as a Product Manager with software products
•Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
