Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly personnel changes (additions and leavers) for medical and life insurance policies, ensuring accurate data and on-time insurer submissions.
  • •Support KYC and Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) requirements by collecting and checking client documentation and maintaining Demands & Needs Tests (DNT) and Product Information Documents (PID).
  • •Administer an assigned portfolio of small client accounts across the policy lifecycle, including set-up, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • •Maintain accurate records in internal systems and electronic filing to ensure information is audit-ready.
  • •Assist with basic documentation and reporting (renewal files, standard letters, data templates) and provide general administrative support to the team.
