Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee ongoing HR programs, policies, and procedures to improve employee relations and supervisory engagement.
  • •Supervise HR staff directly or through supervisors, including coaching/mentoring and evaluating performance.
  • •Partner with the business to identify current and future skills needs and lead succession planning and talent strategy.
  • •Own compliant execution of the location’s Affirmation Action plan and support AAP goals across employment processes.
  • •Serve as a primary decisionmaker for policy/contract interpretation; develop solutions to employee and labor relations issues and mitigate legal/compliance risks, including counseling managers and employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 5+ years’ relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • •Knowledge of HR systems and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and payroll database software.
  • •Specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures, including administration of benefits and compensation.
