Drive operational transformation by conducting value stream analysis and leading Rapid Improvement Events to eliminate waste and improve productivity. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct value stream analysis to assess current operations and define a future-state vision, including reviewing procedures/controls.
•Lead planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events (Just Do Its) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
•Train and coach staff and line leaders through Gemba walks on problem-solving behaviors and basic Lean methodologies.
•Ensure adherence to Rapid Improvement Event standard work by supporting engagement and collaboration before, during, and after events.
•Collaborate with the Value Stream Coach, site leadership, and department managers to resolve implementation issues, and serve as Value Stream Coach when needed.

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

•Ability to conduct value stream analysis to assess current operations and create plans for a future state.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
•Associates or Bachelor of Science (or equivalent training/experience) preferred.
