Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on cost strategies, vendor prequalification, proposals/bids review, and bid interview/appointment processes.
  • •Manage estimating services across the project lifecycle, including client presentations of estimates, value engineering recommendations, and risk assessments.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting and forecasting, including budgets/spend forecasts, commercial risk register, and periodic meetings with project teams and vendors.
  • •Execute cost control: review payment applications and entitlements recommendations, assess change order requests, and use dispute prevention/management/resolution procedures.
  • •Manage invoicing, final accounting and post-contract audits/close outs, and support post-contract reviews to capture lessons learned and improve best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium or large-scale construction and capital improvement projects.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with good knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
