Job Summary

Lead the strategic market expansion of Motive’s Spend Management, owning the long-term product vision for Motive Card in new sectors and international geographies. Collaborate with Sales, Growth and Marketing, translate research into a revenue-driving roadmap, and act as SME for expansion initiatives, driving metrics, requirements, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets.
•Conduct deep customer research, identify ICPs, and outline the feature set necessary for successful adoption.
•Develop the product strategy & roadmap by partnering with key stakeholders to introduce Motive Card into new sectors and/or international geographies.
•Align priorities and execute on the roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering.
•Develop and articulate clear metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B/Fintech experience is a plus).
•Direct experience launching products into new, complex, or regulated sectors, or significant experience with 0-to-1 product development.
•Experience launching products in new geographies is a plus.
•High customer empathy with a proven ability to conduct customer discovery, market analysis, and translate findings into clear, impactful product strategy.
•Be data-driven, with a track record of using data and metrics to back up assumptions, build business cases, and make product decisions.
