Underwriting Manager – Commercial (CMBS, IP)

Manage and oversee underwriting activities for CMBS, Investor Placement, and Debt Fund mortgage loans, guiding daily execution from diligence through credit committee submission. Lead underwriting teams by mentoring, maintaining deal assignment lists, and coordinating capacity with embedded contractors and third-party vendors. Review credit memos and transaction documents, assess risks, update underwriting processes, and partner with origination, closing, and securitization teams to ensure compliance with internal and market standards.
