  • •Lead and develop a team of 30+ employees and 3 supervisors across multiple shifts
  • •Provide visible shopfloor presence and actively coach and support employees to build an engaged team culture
  • •Ensure safe, productive, and high-quality shift operations in line with production, quality, food, and occupational safety standards
  • •Organize and coordinate daily staffing and available resources to achieve production targets
  • •Monitor KPIs and analyze/report productivity, quality, efficiency, and results to management

Key Requirements

  • •Completed studies in business administration, business engineering, logistics, or a comparable qualification
  • •First leadership experience in production (ideally food production) with strong understanding of warehouse and production processes
  • •Strong responsibility for occupational safety, quality, food safety, process stability, and operational performance
  • •Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace, including analyzing KPIs (Excel or Google Sheets); Grafana or Tableau is a plus
  • •Fluent German and good English (at least B2 each)
