Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI initiatives product roadmap end-to-end, from identifying problems to scoping, prioritizing, and shipping.
  • •Partner day-to-day with AI Engineers on live projects across customer operations, data labeling/collection, and other business functions.
  • •Turn ambiguous needs from trading, customer operations, and internal tooling into clearly scoped projects with defined success metrics.
  • •Build and manage the AI engineering backlog, balancing speed, data/model quality, and business impact.
  • •Define how AI systems are evaluated in production and drive post-launch feedback loops to improve them.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM from a top university.
  • •Experience as a product owner, product manager, or technical program manager on engineering-heavy, ideally AI/ML or data-heavy products.
  • •Deep curiosity about AI with a track record of using it in real-world settings.
  • •Ability to work directly with engineers and translate precisely between technical and business teams.
  • •Comfort operating with ambiguity and a relentless approach to solving problems.
