Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families at military installations.
  • •Deliver education and counseling services, including one-on-one counseling, consultations, and briefings/presentations.
  • •Develop and distribute informational financial materials and coordinate Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
  • •Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars and support program delivery using virtual counseling or secure electronic communication when authorized.
  • •Work with installation and military POCs, participate in supervision and training/in-services, and manage duty-to-warn situations per DoD protocol.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required (or associate degree plus 4 years’ experience, or high school diploma plus 6 years’ experience).
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
  • •Obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.
  • •Hold AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (bilingual English/Spanish may be required by the contract).
