Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales and profit objectives and align the team to KPI goals through customer connection
  • •Maintain store operational excellence, including product flow between stockroom and sales floor and required cash/operational procedures
  • •Lead merchandising/visual excellence by coordinating the team to consistently apply brand visual standards and upkeep
  • •Support loss prevention by implementing, monitoring, and tracking loss-prevention activities
  • •Act as a leadership role in the absence of the store manager, including opening/closing procedures and escalation handling

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years old
  • •High school diploma or GED
  • •Minimum 12 months of retail sales environment experience
  • •Advanced sales experience with strong understanding of products, retail operations, and the retail industry
  • •Strong English proficiency (read, write, and communicate regularly in English); competent with computers, POS systems, and MS Office
