Job Summary

Support Consumer & Marketing Insights teams across Munich, Nuremberg, and Frankfurt on projects for national and international brands. You’ll test and optimize online questionnaires, assist with project planning and delivery, write analysis instructions, quality-check open-ended responses, and run data analyses and special evaluations using tools like Excel and SPSS. You’ll also help prepare results reports and presentations and contribute to market, competitor, trend, and AI-assisted insight processes.

•Test and optimize online questionnaires.
•Support the planning, organization, and execution of research projects.

•Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses and support AI-assisted research, analysis, and insight processes, including preparing result reports and customer presentations.

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with SPSS or similar analytics/statistics tools is a plus.
