Shift Quality Supervisor

Lead quality control across the Assembly to Post Test cleanroom environment, supervising and training QA inspectors and ensuring inspections and defect tracking prevent non-conforming products from shipping. Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures, while reporting quality metrics such as gate WIP and lot retention records. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive quality at every production stage while working per the site shift calendar.
