Key Responsibilities

•Explore, design, and develop security solutions for LLMs, including techniques to improve robustness against prompt injections and private information disclosure.
•Conduct security risk assessments for LLMs and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities.
•Monitor AI security risks and keep AI security approaches strong across all projects.
•Stay up to date with AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities to strengthen AI product security.
•Collaborate with external experts and deliver training on secure AI principles and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in AI, LLM, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Security, or a related technical discipline.
•Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of LLMs and machine learning.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills for exploring new technologies with the team.
•High creativity and quick problem-solving ability.
•Preferred: strong publication record at leading conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, etc.) or demonstrated NLP/computer vision/deep learning experience from internships, work, or competitions.
