Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of General Services category strategies and sourcing plans across the Americas, aiming to improve total cost of ownership. Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, maximize value, and support strategic objectives. Manage supplier commercial discussions, run regular business reviews, drive multi-source qualification, and provide pricing support for budgeting and business case development, including leading RFx and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage General Services category strategies across the Americas by leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
•Translate category and supplier strategies into executable sourcing plans that deliver targeted results.
•Incorporate cost, availability, innovation, quality, risk, and sustainability considerations into sourcing plans.
•Lead the RFx process from supplier selection through onboarding, including conducting sourcing events as needed.
•Develop and manage key supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
•8+ years of procurement experience in an international environment.

•3+ years leading category teams.
•Experience with source-to-pay processes, negotiation, and contracting.
