Job Summary

Own the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex Snowflake engagements, partnering with customers to transition from purchasing “hours” to delivering measurable business value. Act as a consultative challenger across statement-of-work (SOW) development and milestone-driven roadmaps, leading deep technical discovery pre-signature, auditable scope governance, and value engineering. Maintain commercial data integrity in SFDC to protect practice margin health and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex engagements and the strategic transition from purchasing “hours” to achieving defined impact and business value.
•Lead consultative challenger work—challenge unrealistic customer requests and propose strategic trade-offs to protect project health.
•Perform scope governance, including deep technical discovery pre-signature and auditable change management for all scope modifications.
•Ensure commercial data integrity by maintaining accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC.
•Create value engineering roadmaps that align SOWs to customer use cases and coordinate cross-functional alignment on a unified front.

Key Requirements

•Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
•8-12 years of field sales or services delivery experience in Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud.
•Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
•Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques in complex environments.
•Demonstrated ability to drive strategic, milestone-driven outcomes through SOW rigor and scope governance.
