Job Summary

Serve as a trusted strategic technology partner for Financial Services customers, influencing the data, AI, and technology roadmap while driving adoption of Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. Translate complex capabilities into executive-ready business value through C-level communication, quarterly reviews, and board/CEO presentations. Hands-on, partner with customer engineering teams to architect data and AI solutions, and advocate internally with product and executive sponsors to shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Present Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision to C-level executives, translating technical capabilities into business value for decision-making.
•Architect data and AI solutions with customer technical teams, communicating impact and ROI through quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
•Act as the primary technical advocate internally at Snowflake, partnering with product managers and technical executive sponsors to influence roadmap and feature priorities.
•Lead executive briefings, strategic architecture sessions, and board presentations aligning technical roadmaps with business strategy.
•Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to improve products based on customer feedback and requirements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of industry experience with significant C-level exposure and a track record managing large enterprise accounts.
•Proven success in financial services, balancing centralized architecture/engineering needs with business unit needs (Retail, Business, Institutional, Wealth, Risk).
•Hands-on experience with modern data technology such as dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, and Git.
•Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI/ML (including LLMs, machine learning pipelines, and MLOps), data warehousing, and modern data architecture.
•Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python, plus strong presentation and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
