•Manage customer billing processes, issuing invoices and credits in a timely and accurate manner
•Monitor account details for non-payments and invoicing disputes, researching and resolving billing inquiries
•Assist with SuiteBilling implementation and parallel system runs, verifying accuracy and reporting errors
•Collaborate with revenue, orders, and customer success teams to review each contract and determine appropriate billing
•Perform special projects and reporting to improve order-to-cash processes

Key Requirements

•4+ years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS company
•Accounting or finance degree/diploma
•Experience with AR software including receivables and cash modules
•Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
•Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivots) and ability to prioritize multiple projects independently
