Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn tax procedures related to tax consulting and tax return preparation, including tax research, tax planning, and preparation of supporting work papers.
  • •Review data input and identify and resolve technical tax issues while assisting in review of tax preparations completed by the firm in India.
  • •Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
  • •Identify, research, and assess tax issues and provide information to senior staff members.
  • •Collaborate with client team members, participate in engagement work across varying industries, and complete mentor, networking, and outreach activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 (preferred).

  • •Willingness and ability to work additional hours and travel to various client sites.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, with strong technical aptitude and demonstrated project management skills.
