Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate at your workstation and follow established procedures to process product
  • •Monitor equipment operation, report malfunctions and safety issues promptly
  • •Ensure product is processed in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards and procedures and meet quality/quantity expectations
  • •Demonstrate safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • •Collaborate with fellow employees and work closely at stations to support production goals

Key Requirements

  • •Must be available to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays as scheduled
  • •Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
  • •Ability to work in cool temperatures around 40 degrees
  • •Must be a team player and able to work closely with other employees at a station
  • •Must follow USDA and Pilgrim’s product standards and procedures and maintain safety and quality guidelines
