  • •Join Eaton’s Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program, starting as a Commercial Offering Analyst in Bonn, Germany.
  • •Create market-ready solutions, including pricing and tender texts.
  • •Manage opportunities and build structured matrices to enable fast, competitive offers.
  • •Complete three unique 12-month rotational assignments across commercially oriented roles in multiple locations and business areas.
  • •Develop leadership capabilities through training, personal coaching, and networking with senior leaders while preparing for future roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently possess or obtain a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power and building services engineering and/or industrial electrical engineering) or a similar field by August 2026.
  • •A master’s degree in these fields is preferred.
  • •Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience).
  • •Basic knowledge of photovoltaics and renewable energy technologies is an advantage.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and B2-level German to read technical documentation and discuss solutions with customers.
