Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead DACH marketing strategy across titles, brand, and broader consumer initiatives in partnership with Sr. Director Marketing DACH.
  • •Launch innovative, DACH-resonant campaigns for local originals and imported titles, informed by market insights and brand positioning.
  • •Identify and activate brand and cultural moments beyond individual titles to build long-term affinity for Netflix in the region.
  • •Align marketing with comms, publicity, content, business development, and payments, and partner with the local Partnerships team on commercial and brand partnerships.
  • •Lead the local team by providing clear context and autonomy, while communicating effectively with senior leadership and across cross-functional workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven people leadership experience with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Fluency in integrated marketing, combining digital, social, and offline media into holistic campaigns grounded in cultural insight.
  • •Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver strategy and execution across regional structures.
  • •Experience leading title launches and shaping brand positioning or long-term consumer affinity in a regional market.
  • •Articulate communicator in both German and English with knowledge of German, Austrian, and Swiss popular culture.
