Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical implementation and configuration of an AI workflow automation platform for customers and partners.
  • •Design, build, and deliver PoCs and pilot projects showcasing AI workflow value.
  • •Integrate solutions with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware to ensure interoperability and data flow.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues by diagnosing technical challenges.
  • •Collaborate with partner and customer teams on onboarding, training, documentation, handover, and feedback to Product/Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven technical background in AI, machine learning, or workflow automation, with strong hands-on experience delivering solutions.
  • •Strong experience with system integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) and enabling seamless data flow.
  • •Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and related systems.
  • •Ability to work directly with partner and customer technical teams to solve problems and build trust.
  • •Comfort traveling for project delivery, onboarding, workshops, and training as needed.
