Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Front line on the ground local IT support for sites in Japan.
  • •Linux/Windows/MAC installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and break-fix issues.
  • •Troubleshoot applications issues on across multiple platforms including smart devices.
  • •Assist users in daily problem solving and act as an escalation point to our service desk that relate to local user issues.
  • •Manage assigned tickets while ensuring adherence to stated SLA’s for all Jira tickets; manage and maintain site documents as part of Site consistency program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • •5+ years’ experience in IT, preferably in a multinational environment
  • •Experience troubleshooting network systems in a global environment
  • •Experience troubleshooting Linux, Windows and macOS systems in a global environment
  • •Experience with AI scripts, Python and JSON; experience with SCCM a plus
