Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle planning, intent design, logistics, site selection, venue management, and execution for strategic CFI&I events.
  • •Oversee event budgets, cost forecasting, and vendor contract negotiations (AV, catering, venues, production agencies) and procurement processes.
  • •Manage live on-site execution and partnership with vendors to deliver seamless convening experiences.
  • •Translate complex enterprise and local team goals into actionable, premium event concepts and influence event intent and strategy.
  • •Create repeatable frameworks, templates, and playbooks; provide real-time stakeholder status updates and executive-ready decks based on KPI-driven impact reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 4 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or a combination
  • •At least 4 years of experience in event management, logistics, project management, or a combination
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing third-party partner relationships and budget forecasting
  • •Experience in event logistics and stakeholder coordination in complex, matrixed environments is required; additional PMP/CMP and related certifications are preferred
