Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to mitigate equipment downtime.
  • •Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • •Disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or technical drawings.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to support process improvements.
  • •Monitor and adjust equipment performance to optimize production efficiency and rebuild equipment as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Willingness to adapt to varying responsibilities and shift assignments, including night shifts.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off), including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
  • •Proficient understanding of AC/DC and digital electronics circuits with foundational knowledge of electricity.
  • •Associate degree in a relevant field, progress toward a STEM-related degree, or equivalent military training/work experience is preferred.
