Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and operate AI agents and workflow orchestrations, focusing on production readiness and scalable automation.
  • •Lead the delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery to production, acting as a technical partner and evangelist.
  • •Define patterns, guardrails, and tooling for intelligent automation to enable safe AI across the organization.
  • •Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to turn complex workflows into elegant automated solutions.
  • •Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure safety of AI-native workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and operating applications or automations within production environments, particularly involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on delivery of AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs like Claude or Gemini.
  • •Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript and comfortable navigating SDKs and webhooks.
  • •Systems-thinking approach with a focus on security, auditability, and controlled blast radius in agent-based workflows.
  • •Track record of partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business pain points into technical solution designs.
