Key Responsibilities

•Oversee design, implementation, QA, operations, sustainment, and validation of programming code and products.
•Create project outlines and timelines, distribute responsibilities, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
•Facilitate daily stand-ups and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues; shape team behavior using agile methods.
•Remove obstacles and roadblocks, and manage relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners.
•Coordinate meeting logistics and maintain documentation and data repositories (SharePoint, ADO, GitHub), including recurring/ad hoc project status reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 8–12 years of IT project management (or commensurate experience).
•Be well versed in the full systems development life cycle and strategic information planning, structure, and management practices.
•Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
•Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks and provide narrative/graphic communication of analytical findings.
•Demonstrated ability managing disparately located personnel and independently with minimal guidance.
