Key Responsibilities

•Understand our users by conducting interviews and analyzing data to define personas, journeys, and key jobs to be done.
•Drive major aspects of the Confluent Cloud Network Roadmap with a focus on user experience and cost efficiency across services like Kafka, Flink, Connectors, and Data Governance.
•Define flexible interfaces powering API, CLI and Terraform, data models, and processes and launch new network options while iterating on existing ones.
•Own the product lifecycle: lead multi-team, cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery and ongoing iteration.
•Define targets, measure performance, share results with stakeholders, and incorporate learnings into the product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,200 - 227,000 annually

•5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with focus on cloud technologies.
•Experience building and supporting enterprise-grade products as a product manager, engineer or solutions architect.
•Experience building, writing, maintaining and defending a clear product roadmap and backlog backed by user stories and customer research.
•Excellent analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
•Ability to build relationships with co-workers and customers located around the world.
