Job Summary

Partner with strategic enterprise customers to solve business-critical challenges using Celonis Process Intelligence and AI. Lead AI discovery, prototype LLM/agentic solutions, and run end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects (including RAG and guardrails) aligned to enterprise data and identity requirements. Build demos and business cases for C-level stakeholders, facilitate value workshops, and drive the customer value journey from landing through adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover and translate customer objectives and AI strategy into value-focused Celonis solutions and prototypes, including LLM/agent-based hackathon deliverables.
•Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, covering architecture, RAG, and guardrails to meet enterprise data and identity frameworks.
•Build demos and business cases using benchmarks to win new customers, including communicating value roadmaps and results to C-level executives.
•Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities, derive improvement measures, and present realized value to senior management.
•Drive the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, adoption, expansion, renewal) and feed learnings back to product development to enhance the platform and Apps.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in an analytical role demonstrating business value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment; ideally customer-facing solution consulting or sales engineering with SaaS/business software.
•Hands-on Python experience and AI building/consulting experience.
•Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and experience with RPA and/or BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows; process mining experience preferred.
•Experience identifying business use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training process owners to realize value.
•Project management experience planning and managing scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple accounts.
