Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, govern, and continuously improve FSQ systems and programmes across APMEA, focusing on customer expectations, business strategy, policies, and risk mitigation.
  • •Enable knowledge sharing and performance improvement across APMEA, supporting best-practice adoption across sanitation, laboratories, sensory, TPMs, and quality systems.
  • •Strengthen FSQ capability through FSQ procedures, SPC capability building, and FSQ training needs analysis and delivery.
  • •Lead FSQ systems and digitalisation governance, ensuring continuous improvement of systems and platforms including EPM, Intelex, SAP, and KerryTrack.
  • •Provide leadership during significant FSQ events, ensuring risk assessments and verifications are completed and supporting finished-goods food safety release decisions for escalatable holds.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of strategic and operational experience in global food and/or beverage organisations, ideally with pan-APMEA exposure.
  • •Strong knowledge of food & beverage regulations, industry standards, and evolving customer/consumer expectations.
  • •Broad technical experience across supply quality, operations, quality systems, regulatory, R&D, manufacturing, laboratory management, and sustainability.
  • •Strong technical expertise in food chemistry, raw materials, sensory, microbiology, food packaging, and food engineering.
  • •Proven track record in continuous improvement, change management, and building high-performing teams.
