Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and further develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests in alignment with value streams and program goals.
  • •Translate business processes, transformation requirements, and migration targets into end-to-end test scenarios with Business Architects and Delivery Management.
  • •Create a structured approach for test design, preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure end-to-end coverage of bank processes, including dependencies and integration points between business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Identify test dependencies, risks, gaps, test environment readiness criteria, and support readiness assessments and Go-live decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large banking or financial services transformation programs, ideally as Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect.
  • •Solid knowledge of end-to-end banking processes and hands-on experience across at least two of Core Banking, Payments, Lending, and Finance.
  • •Methodical expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Proven experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across complex multi-platform and multi-application environments.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and fluent German and English communication.
