Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day and load/prepare the van so all orders are delivered efficiently to customers.
  • •Complete all appropriate vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health & safety.
  • •Provide great customer service on the road and help customers with their shopping while building rapport.
  • •Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand with trust and service as the priority.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not out on deliveries (e.g., stock replenishment and housekeeping).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6-points.
  • •Strong customer service skills.
