Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with business users to understand the problem statement and agree scope of engagement.
  • •Interview product owners to document as-is processes and develop customer-driven to-be processes.
  • •Document process models, identify opportunities for improvement, and support digitization and simplification of customer journeys.
  • •Gather and analyze statistical data to support business cases for change and define metrics-driven delivery.
  • •Work with product owners and development teams to capture requirements, write epics/user stories with acceptance criteria, and support delivery end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking.
  • •Experience working on-site with UK-based client banks in London.
  • •Knowledge of UK/EU financial regulations and regulatory change delivery.
  • •Exposure to digital transformation, core banking, or data programmes.
  • •IT background and experience documenting business cases, business process models, and requirements through workshops (Agile and waterfall SDLCs).
