Job Summary

Lead execution of NHLBI IT support services in partnership with NIH stakeholders, overseeing Service Desk, Configuration Management, and Infrastructure Operations. Manage and mentor teams of IT professionals, project managers, engineers, and architects while running on-prem and multi-cloud infrastructure. Apply Agile/SAFe and ITIL/PMP practices to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close initiatives. Maintain SOP libraries, drive service improvements, and provide regular risk/status reporting to program leadership.

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•At least five years managing a comprehensive IT services contract for a Federal organization of at least 2000 users, including Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, Configuration Management, and Cybersecurity.
•5+ years applying ITIL, PMP, and Agile frameworks.
•Proven ability to drive service improvements.
•Track record of effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management with Federal customers.
