Job Summary

Join the Product Control (PC) Valuation team to drive valuation activities for HSBC Mexico Global Banking & Markets. You’ll contribute to HSBC Mexico valuation policy, help implement and automate FRTB processes, investigate collateral/MTM disputes, and ensure fair value adjustments are calculated, posted, and reconciled. Serve as the focal point for valuation questions, maintain model documentation and review cycles, and support continuous improvement across the PC organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to HSBC Mexico Valuation Policy.
•Implement and automate FRTB processes within the HSBC Mexico Product Control department.
•Investigate collateral/MTM disputes with external counterparties and support the core PC team for PL valuation disputes.
•Ensure local models are well documented, periodically reviewed by IMR, and accurately listed in GMIS.
•Calculate, post, and reconcile fair value adjustments and act as the focal point for valuation questions from internal and external stakeholders.
