•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in building structures design and analysis (or equivalent education/experience) in structural or civil engineering.
•Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
•Experience designing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale logistics/industrial facilities.
•Experience with BIM (Revit) and structural analysis tools including ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and Safe.
•Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems, plus sustainable/low embodied carbon structural design knowledge.
