Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events; manage a rolling 12-month event calendar
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers, vendors, and venues
•Plan and execute end-to-end event details including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, and travel logistics
•Be the on-site point of contact; set up/tear down booths and ensure strong on-site presence
•Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics to ensure timely execution

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually
