Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, debug, and maintain automated test programs for Battery-Gauge ICs on ATE platforms, translating device specs into test algorithms.
  • •Design, build, and qualify load boards, probe cards, and test fixtures; optimize hardware for repeatability and manufacturing transfer.
  • •Characterize test coverage/correlation/capability during new-product qualification, optimizing test time and cost while maintaining quality.
  • •Collaborate with firmware and product engineering to develop firmware “spins” that support test and product functionality; support firmware during qualification.
  • •Lead test transfer to manufacturing sites and provide documentation, training, and support; analyze test data to identify escapes/outliers and drive root-cause/yield improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne J750 or equivalent analog ATE Eagle (ETS800) platforms (J750 preferred).
  • •Characterization and test hardware/program development experience for analog or mixed-signal ICs, including probe/load/fixture development.
  • •Data analysis and programming proficiency (e.g., Spotfire/dataPower and C/C++/Python/IG-XL) to support test coverage, yield, and statistical process control.
