  • •Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; set up and operate machinery.
  • •Supervise employees to ensure quality and production standards are met.
  • •Detect equipment issues by listening for unusual sounds, and coordinate with maintenance to diagnose and repair.
  • •Oversee daily preventive maintenance, inspect work in progress and finished products, and track/report inventory and parts usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Previously team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • •Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
