Job Summary

Lead day-to-day field operations for complex high-voltage construction and infrastructure projects, providing technical guidance, hands-on execution, and operational oversight. Coordinate mobilization, equipment and material deployment, testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and QA/QC reporting. Serve as the primary field liaison with clients, contractors, inspectors, and project managers while managing logistics, mentoring technicians, and maintaining site safety, compliance, and accurate field documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily field operations for large/complex projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate mobilization, equipment deployment, and material delivery to keep work on time and within scope.
•Oversee high-level field tasks including sampling, testing, system installation, inspections, troubleshooting, and QA/QC reporting.
•Serve as primary field liaison with clients, contractors, inspectors, and project managers to communicate progress, risks, and technical concerns.
•Implement and reinforce site-specific health and safety protocols, lead field readiness planning, mentor technicians, and maintain accurate field documentation.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum 11 years of relevant post-education experience in field services such as environmental monitoring, construction inspection, or utility operations.
•Extensive knowledge of environmental and infrastructure field procedures, regulations, and equipment, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards.
•Proven ability to lead field teams and serve as the senior field representative on complex projects.
•Experience leading field QA/QC activities, contractor oversight, and nonconformance resolution, including proficiency with GPS and digital reporting platforms.
