Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, direct, and coordinate the technical aspects of multi-disciplinary station design projects.
  • •Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • •Ensure CDM compliance and health & safety leadership, instilling a strong safety culture within the delivery team.
  • •Represent WSP and lead design coordination activities such as IDR/IDC.
  • •Support Project and Design Managers in the technical delivery of rail projects and provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring engineering managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable multidisciplinary delivery experience with a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • •Chartered Engineer (or similar) professional status.
  • •Experience in a client-facing environment.
  • •Experience undertaking the CEM and/or CRE roles.
  • •Knowledge of client engineering assurance processes such as GRIP, PACE, and Pathways (and awareness of relevant Network Rail standards).
