Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily field leadership across active Facilities construction, maintenance, tool-install, operational, and contractor workfronts in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • •Coordinate contractors and trades with Facilities Operations, Engineering, system owners, project managers, EHS, QA/QC, SIPP coordinators, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • •Maintain daily visibility and field reporting on progress, labor, materials, constraints, quality concerns, schedule risks, corrective actions, and escalations.
  • •Validate workfront readiness and compliance by interpreting documents and field conditions; monitor execution against approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and Micron standards.
  • •Lead escalations for RFIs, design conflicts, material shortages, access constraints, abnormal operating conditions, and ensure safe work, protection of critical utilities/infrastructure, and restoration/transfer of temporary conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or construction-management coursework, apprenticeship, or relevant degree preferred.
  • •Minimum five years of industrial construction experience, preferably in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data-center, or other continuously operating technical environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple contractors and trades in congested, occupied, or operational facilities.
  • •Working knowledge of construction safety, QA, scheduling, cost awareness, commissioning/turnover, work packaging, operational coordination, change management, and contractor-performance management.
  • •Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, system documentation, operating procedures, and field work plans.
