Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
  • •Provide client service by answering questions in person and by telephone, and handling special requests such as closing accounts and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities, record activities/incidents/referrals in 360View, and direct clients to a banker when appropriate.
  • •Reconcile cash drawers by verifying transactions, counting/packaging currency and coin, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining cash supplies.
  • •Follow bank operations and security procedures, maintain confidentiality, attend training, and complete work accurately with minimal errors.
