Job Summary

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment, partnering with leaders to build pipelines, improve processes, and drive hiring across multiple searches.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles
•Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
•Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
•Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality
•Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

•Ability to assess a wide range of profiles across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing functions
•Highly organized with strong process management and attention to detail
