Job Summary

Senior Electrical Engineer (Generation) join Power & Energy team in Oradell, NJ, with consideration for Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities

•Produce, coordinate, review and/or approve electrical design plans for complex power plant projects.
•Apply high-level electrical engineering techniques to support all project phases from preliminary design to commissioning and record drawings.
•Lead larger-scale electrical engineering projects, manage budgets, track hours and expenses, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
•Mentor staff to support growth and professional development and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
•Develop a client base and identify additional business development opportunities while ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience as a power engineer delivering design for capital projects in power generation.
•Professional Engineer license (multiple states preferred).
•Strong knowledge of power engineering principles, design/build processes, and regulatory compliance.
•Experience with infrastructure design for power plants (Combined Cycle and Simple Cycle) and coordination with mechanical/civil disciplines.
