Project Manager III

Oversee and coordinate design and construction projects to keep them on time and on budget. Work with a large facilities management team and owner project delivery staff, coordinating onsite trade labor, scheduling, change management, and quality controls. Manage project progress, records, and close-out documentation, and attend project meetings to resolve design and construction issues. Use tools like Microsoft Project and document management systems to support City review and approval pathways.
