  • •Identify, resolve, and escalate supply chain exceptions and material shortages.
  • •Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier confirmations to meet customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Service and suppliers to ensure accurate delivery commitments and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • •Experience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • •Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
